About the Role
• As a General Laborer, you’ll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed
• You’ll be placed on-site at one of our national clients, helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and operations area

• Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
• Outdoor and industrial setting – expect exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and varying weather
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
